We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services with reasonable prior notice.
- Subcontract portions of work to qualified third parties while remaining responsible for the overall quality of delivery.
- Decline or terminate engagements that conflict with our professional standards or values.
- Client Responsibilities
To ensure we can deliver results effectively, you agree to:

- Grant us appropriate access to your website, analytics platforms, ad accounts, and any other systems required.
- Obtain all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content or materials you provide to us.

No Warranty. Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Greatonseo.com, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all deliverables, reports, and content created by Greatonseo.com and fully paid for by the client shall become the property of the client upon receipt of final payment. Work-in-progress materials remain the property of Greatonseo.com until payment is received.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use your website, brand assets, and digital properties solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
- Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information, strategies, or data shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives the termination of our agreement.
- Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice in accordance with the terms set out in the applicable SOW. Upon termination, all outstanding fees for work completed become immediately due and payable. We will provide you with all completed work product up to the termination date.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Greatonseo.com is registered. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
- Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify active clients by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our services following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
